Saw a post earlier by Kevin Rose on Apple’s Role in Japan during Tohoku Earthquake. A friend of his who works for Apple in Japan shared his experience of how Apple went the extra mile to help many of the stranded with free Wifi, tech support, iOS devices charging etc when they needed to contact their love ones.
